Place, date and nature of the competition<\/b><\/p><p>On October 18, 2025, starting from Avenue du Ch\u00e2teau in Ampuis (69420), the various events offered as part of this event are as follows:<\/p><ul><li>\u201cL\u2019AOC\u201d, 46km trail with 2500m of elevation gain, solo or duo, departure at 2:00 p.m.;<\/li><li>\u201cL\u2019AOC Relais\u201d, 46km trail with a 2500m elevation gain in a 2-person relay, starting at 3:00 p.m.;<\/li><li>\u201cLa Brune et Blonde\u201d, 25km trail with a 1200m elevation gain, solo, departure at 4:30 p.m.;<\/li><li>\u201cLa Verticale\u201d, 13km trail with a 600m elevation gain, solo, departure at 6:00 p.m.;<\/li><li>\u201cLes Vendangettes\u201d, untimed hikes of around 10 or 15 km, departures between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. at the latest;<\/li><li>\u201cLes Mill\u00e9simes\u201d, untimed children\u2019s races, starts according to age between 4:45 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.<\/li><\/ul><p>Details are available on the race website <a style=\"font-size: 1rem; font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); background-color: #ffffff;\" href=\"https:\/\/trailencoterotie.fr\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.trailencoterotie.fr<\/a><span style=\"background-color: transparent; font-size: 1rem; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\">.<\/span><\/p><p><b>2. Organizer<\/b><\/p><p>The event is organized by the Ampuis Sports Outdoor association, whose head office is located at Mairie d\u2019Ampuis, 11 boulevard des All\u00e9es, 69420 Ampuis,\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:trailencoterotie@ampuis.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">trailencoterotie@ampuis.com<\/a>.<\/p><p><b>3. Conditions of participation<\/b><\/p><p>Participation in the event is conditional on:<\/p><p><b>a) Age category:<\/b><\/p><p>Participants must be born:<\/p><ul><li>avant le 31\/12\/2007 pour les trails de 46km ;<\/li><li>avant le 31\/12\/2008 pour le trail de 25km ;<\/li><li>avant le 31\/12\/2009 pour Ie trail de 13km ;<\/li><li>entre le 01\/01\/2010 et le 31\/12\/2013 pour la course enfant de 2km ;<\/li><li>entre le 01\/01\/2014 et le 31\/12\/2015 pour la course enfant de 1.5km ;<\/li><li>entre le 01\/01\/2016 et le 31\/12\/2017 pour la course enfant de 1km ;<\/li><li>entre le 01\/01\/2018 et le 31\/12\/2020 pour la course enfant de 500m ;<\/li><li>The hikes are open to all.<\/li><\/ul><p><b>b) Medical certificate:<\/b><\/p><p>In accordance with article 231-2-1 of the sports code, participation in one of the 3 trails is subject to the obligatory presentation of:<\/p><ul><li>either an AthI\u00e9 Comp\u00e9tition, AthI\u00e9 Entreprise, AthI\u00e9 Running license or a Pass\u2019 j\u2019aime courir, issued by the FFA, valid on the date of the event;<\/li><li>soit d&rsquo;une licence sportive, en cours de vaIidit\u00e9 \u00e0 Ia date de Ia manifestation, d\u00e9Iivr\u00e9e par une\u00a0f\u00e9d\u00e9ration uniquement agr\u00e9\u00e9e (Iiste disponibIe sur <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sports.gouv.fr\/spip?page=sg-federation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">http:\/\/www.sports.gouv.fr\/spip?page=sg-federation<\/a>), on which must appear, by all means, the non-contraindication to the practice of competitive Athletics or competitive running;<\/li><li><p>or an electronic certificate number indicating that the person has completed the Health Prevention Course (or PPS) set up by the FFA via its dedicated platform and the conditions of use of which are established by the latter. To be valid, the PPS must have been completed a maximum of 3 months before the date of the event.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Foreign athletes, even those licensed by a federation affiliated with the IAAF, must provide their PPS certificate number.<\/p><p><strong>Proof must be attached when registering online or submitted to your <\/strong><strong>space by the runner no later than September 28, 2025 for validation. To limit the <\/strong><strong>unnecessary printouts and invalid documents, no documents will be accepted on site <\/strong><strong>when collecting bibs.<\/strong><\/p><p><b>c) Registration fee:<\/b><\/p><p>The online registration fee (plus the Finishers platform fees) is:<\/p><ul><li>\u20ac46 for the 46km trail solo or in pairs;<\/li><li>\u20ac30 for the 46km relay trail<\/li><li>\u20ac26 for the 25km trail;<\/li><li>\u20ac16 for the 13km trail;<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>There will be no on-site registration for the trails on the day of the event and each is limited to a maximum of 500 participants.<\/strong><\/p><p>The services included are: a souvenir, refreshments on the course and at the finish.<\/p><ul><li>8\u20ac pour les randonn\u00e9es (gratuites pour les moins de 15 ans) ;<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>For hikes, a \u20ac2 surcharge will be applied for all on-site registrations.<\/strong><\/p><ul style=\"font-size: 16px; background-color: #ffffff;\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Free for children's shopping;<\/li><\/ul><p><b>Registration is possible online and on site.<\/b><\/p><p><b>d) Closing of registrations<\/b><\/p><p>La cl\u00f4ture des inscriptions par internet est fix\u00e9e au 27\/09\/2026 \u00e0 23h59 pour l\u2019ensemble des \u00e9preuves. Sur place, les seules possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019inscription seront pour les randonn\u00e9es (\u00e0 partir de 8h30 et jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 11h30) et pour les courses enfants avant 16h00.<\/p><p><b>e) Disabled athletes<\/b><\/p><p>Malheureusement la typologie des parcours ne nous permet pas l&rsquo;accueil des athl\u00e8tes en fauteuil, mais vous pouvez nous contacter pour toute autre forme de handicap.<\/p><p><b>f) Minors<\/b><\/p><p>Minor athletes wishing to participate in children's races must be in possession of a\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">parental authorization to participate and a medical questionnaire to be completed upon registration\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">online or on site. The organizer's responsibility ends upon arrival of each\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">race, it is therefore the responsibility of parents or guardians to be present at that time to\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">prendre en charge leur(s) enfant(s).<\/span><\/p><p><b style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: 1rem;\">g) Bib number<\/b><\/p><p>The athlete must visibly wear, in his entirety and during the entire competition, a\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">bib provided by the organization on the front of the body, under penalty of disqualification.<\/span><\/p><p><b>h) Mandatory and safety equipment<\/b><\/p><p><strong>For all trails, a charged phone, a survival blanket, a headlamp and a reusable glass or container are mandatory.<\/strong><br \/>This equipment may be checked by the organization and its absence may result in disqualification.<br \/>Due to the relative autonomy on the routes, we recommend that everyone have a minimum solid and liquid reserve and adapt their equipment to the weather conditions.<\/p><p><b>i) Withdrawal<\/b><\/p><p>Aucun moyen de r\u00e9tractation n\u2019est propos\u00e9 et accept\u00e9, sauf pr\u00e9sentation d\u2019un justificatif m\u00e9dical\u00a0de contre-indication adress\u00e9 avant le 27 septembre 2026 \u00e0 23h59.<\/p><p><b style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: 1rem;\">j) Acceptance of these regulations<\/b><\/p><p><strong>The competitor accepts these regulations without reservation.<\/strong> He acknowledges that he is fully aware of the difficulties of the course he has registered for and undertakes to have the minimum physical condition to avoid putting himself in danger.<\/p><p><b>4. Transfer of bib number<\/b><\/p><p>En cas d\u2019indisponibilit\u00e9, les participants auront la possibilit\u00e9 de revendre leur dossard \u00e0 un tiers via\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">une plateforme officielle, d\u00e9di\u00e9e et s\u00e9curis\u00e9e jusqu\u2019au 27 septembre 2026 \u00e0 23h59.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Une fois la transaction valid\u00e9e, le participant initial recevra le remboursement de 80% du montant\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">de son dossard, hors frais de r\u00e9servation. D\u00e8s lors, il ne sera plus consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme inscrit et ne\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">pourra plus participer \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Seuls les dossards vendus sur les 46km(solo, duo, relais)\/25km\/13km seront \u00e9ligibles \u00e0 la revente\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">(les invitations ne peuvent pas \u00eatre revendues).<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Tout engagement est personneI et nous rappelons qu\u2019aucun \u00e9change, aucun transfert,\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">aucune revente de dossard n\u2019est autoris\u00e9 en direct pour quelque motif que ce soit. Toutes\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">les transactions de dossards doivent s\u2019effectuer sur la plateforme d\u00e9di\u00e9e dans les dates imparties.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Toute personne r\u00e9troc\u00e9dant son dossard \u00e0 une tierce personne sans avoir respect\u00e9 la proc\u00e9dure\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">d\u00e9finie pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment, sera reconnue responsabIe en cas d&rsquo;accident survenu ou provoqu\u00e9 par\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">cette derni\u00e8re durant I&rsquo;\u00e9preuve. Toute personne disposant d\u2019un dossard acquis en infraction avec\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Ie pr\u00e9sent r\u00e8gIement pourra \u00eatre disquaIifi\u00e9e.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">L\u2019organisation se d\u00e9gage de toutes responsabilit\u00e9s, notamment en cas d\u2019accident, li\u00e9es \u00e0 des\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">transactions frauduleuses de dossards.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">En cas de doute, contactez nous.<\/span><\/p><p><b>5. Insurance<\/b><\/p><p><b>a) Civil liability<\/b><\/p><p>The liability of the organizer and participants is covered by the Associa-plus 78851414 insurance policy taken out with Abeille Assurances.<\/p><p><b>b) Personal injury insurance<\/b><\/p><p>Unless they have opted out, FFA-licensed athletes are covered by personal injury insurance. Other athletes are strongly advised to take out personal insurance covering bodily injury to which their sporting activities may expose them.<\/p><p><b>6. Sporting Rules<\/b><\/p><p>The competition takes place according to the sporting rules of the FFA.<\/p><p><b>a) Jury<\/b><\/p><p>The jury is composed of the race organizers. Their decisions are final.<\/p><p><b>b) Assistance to competitors<\/b><\/p><p>Any outside assistance, including resupply outside the zone, is prohibited and disqualifying.<\/p><p><b>c) Followers<\/b><\/p><p>No followers are accepted, under penalty of disqualification.<\/p><p><b>d) Sticks<\/b><\/p><p>The use of telescopic or non-telescopic poles is authorized after the 1st km.<\/p><p><b>e) Assistance<\/b><\/p><p>No assistance is allowed.<\/p><p><b>f) Time limits<\/b><\/p><p>The maximum passing times are:<\/p><ul><li>for the 46km trail, 6:30 p.m. at the refreshment point located around km 22, 7:30 p.m. at the refreshment point located around km 28 and finally 9:30 p.m. at the refreshment point located around km 36.\u00a0<\/li><li>for the 25km trail, 7:00 p.m. at the refreshment point located around km 12 and 8:00 p.m. at the refreshment point located around km 18.<\/li><li>for the 13km trail, 7:30 p.m. at the refreshment point located around km 6;<\/li><\/ul><p>Pass\u00e9s ces d\u00e9Iais, Ies concurrents seront consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme hors-course, devront remettre leur\u00a0dossard et pourront \u00e9ventuellement continuer sous Ieur seuIe responsabiIit\u00e9 en se conformant\u00a0alors aux dispositions du Code de Ia Route.<\/p><p><b>g) Timing<\/b><\/p><p>Timing is provided by electronic transducers integrated into the bib.\u00a0<span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">Wearing a transducer that does not match the wearer's identity will result in the competitor's disqualification.<\/span><\/p><p><b>7. Rankings and rewards<\/b><\/p><p><b>a) Rankings<\/b><\/p><p>It will be established for the 3 trails:<\/p><ul><li>a ranking of the top 3 men\/top 3 women in the scratch;<\/li><li>the first man\/woman representing each category according to the FFA reference system (without accumulation with the previous ranking).<\/li><li>the first men's\/women's\/mixed teams for the 46km duo and 2-person relay<\/li><li>le premier homme\/la premi\u00e8re femme r\u00e9alisant le meilleur temps sur la grimp\u00e9e chronom\u00e9tr\u00e9e<\/li><\/ul><p><b><br \/>b) Rewards<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">Pour les 3 trails, elles ne seront remises uniquement le jour de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e8nement :<\/span><\/p><ul><li>un lot souvenir \u00e0 tous les finishers ;<\/li><li>des lots partenaires aux vainqueurs des diff\u00e9rents classements pr\u00e9sents pour les podiums.<\/li><\/ul><div>\u00a0<\/div><p><b>c) Bonuses<\/b><\/p><p>For all 3 trails:<\/p><ul><li>A special award will be given to the most represented club or association.<\/li><\/ul><div>\u00a0<\/div><p><b>d) Publication of results<\/b><\/p><p>Un live et les r\u00e9sultats d\u00e9finitifs seront publi\u00e9s sur le lieu d&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e et sur le site internet de\u00a0l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e8nement.<br \/>In accordance with the French Data Protection Act, participants may object to the publication of their results on these sites for legitimate reasons.<\/p><p><b>8. Supplies<\/b><\/p><p>For the 3 trails:<\/p><ul><li>These races are semi-self-sufficient, so it is up to the competitors to take with them the solid and liquid reserves that they deem necessary,<\/li><li>A solid and liquid refreshment station will be installed around km 6 for the 13km race, km 12 for the 25km race (plus a liquid point at km 18) and km 13, 22 and 36 for the 46km race (plus 1 liquid point at km 28).<\/li><\/ul><p>L\u2019organisation \u00e9tant engag\u00e9e dans une d\u00e9marche \u00e9coresponsable visant \u00e0 limiter la production de\u00a0d\u00e9chet, <b>il n\u2019y aura pas de gobelet sur les ravitaillements et il est donc de la responsabilit\u00e9 du\u00a0coureur de s\u2019\u00e9quiper d\u2019un r\u00e9cipient ad\u00e9quat.<\/b> Dans le m\u00eame souci de limiter les d\u00e9chets plastiques,\u00a0l\u2019organisation propose des stations d\u2019eau de type fontaines.<\/p><p><b>9. Safety and care<\/b><\/p><p><b>a) Routes used<\/b><\/p><p>The competition takes place partly on roads open to traffic, competitors will have to\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">imperatively use the indicated side of the road; on the sections of road, the code of the\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">road must be respected.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">The routes also partly follow tracks and paths in the middle of the vineyards of\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">the C\u00f4te-R\u00f4tie name; competitors must follow the route directions\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">under penalty of disqualification.<\/span><\/p><p><b>b) Safety of competitors<\/b><\/p><p>Safety at the event is ensured by a team of professional first aiders and volunteer marshals located at road crossings. Any participant who disrespects these people and who allows the organization of the event will be disqualified.<\/p><p><b>c) Mutual assistance between competitors<\/b><\/p><p>All competitors are required to notify emergency services (number on bibs) and assistance in the event of an accident involving another competitor, while waiting for them to arrive.<\/p><p><b>d) Recovery stands<\/b><\/p><p>Recovery stands with physiotherapists and podiatrists are planned upon arrival.<\/p><p><b>10. Environmental protection<\/b><\/p><p>Any abandonment of equipment or throwing of waste outside the designated areas will result in the disqualification of the offending competitor. Similarly, as the courses mainly run through private property and vineyards, any damage to or removal of equipment and crops will result in disqualification and the filing of a complaint.<\/p><p><b>11. Right to image<\/b><\/p><p>By participating, the competitor waives all personal rights to their image and authorizes the organizer, its beneficiaries and partners to use it on any medium, for a period of 2 years, worldwide.<\/p><p><b>12. Force majeure<\/b><\/p><p>In the event of force majeure, the organizer may terminate the event at any time.\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Participants will be notified by all possible means, they will then have to comply\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">strictly to the organization's guidelines. Failure to comply with these instructions will de facto result in,\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">The end of the organizer's liability. The participant may not claim any\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">reimbursement, nor any compensation in this regard.<\/span><\/p><p><b>13. Cancellation<\/b><\/p><p>The organizer reserves the right to cancel the event either at the request of the administrative authority or in the event of force majeure. No compensation may be paid in this regard.<br \/>Participants will be offered the option to carry over their registration fees to the following year.<\/p><p><b>14. Health Protocol<\/b><\/p><p class=\"translation-block\">The organizer will have to implement the health protocol that would be in force on the day of the event.
