Although it is accessible due to its distance of 13 km, it should not be taken lightly with its 600 m of elevation gain, which makes it a little demanding!
But the effort is worth it to explore our hillsides and admire the magnificent views of the Pilat, the Rhône and our beautiful village...

Explore the heart of the Côte-Rôtie appellation from North to South of Ampuis and enjoy the diversity of the landscapes you pass through.
This 25 km trail, labeled UTMB 20K and ITRA 1, will require you to be well prepared as it will take you through the hillsides from bottom to top and from top to bottom to reach a 1200 m elevation gain!
Through this journey, you will discover the demands required for working our vineyard and at the same time all its beauty...
46 km
Take up the challenge and cross the entire Côte-Rôtie appellation, in the municipalities of Ampuis, Saint-Cyr-sur-Rhône and Tupin-et-Semons. This route, labeled UTMB 50K and ITRA2, will take you through the most famous plots and you will take you on the most unknown trails of the vineyard. It will put your legs to the test épreuve over 46 km with its succession of climbs and descents for 2500 m of elevation gain and will be a formidable preparation for the great mass in December!
To be consumed in moderation, alone or in pairs!

The entire 46km scares you and you prefer to test yourself on part of the distance first… You have already run La Brune and Blonde and you want to discover a partly different course… Find a partner and share the AOC adventure in a relay for 2! Choose between the first part of 25km and 1250m of positive elevation gain and the second of 21km and 1250m of positive elevation gain, each being labeled UTMB 20K and ITRA1.
